We check the web app and database. Response time is how long that check took — higher numbers can mean pages feel sluggish even when still online.

If something looks off, wait a minute and refresh. Mid-payment? Don't retry immediately. For account issues that aren't a full outage, email support@vandostore.com or use the contact page.

This only covers VandoStore-hosted services. Sign-in, payments, and media partners may have their own status.
