The agreement in plain words
By creating an account or using VandoStore, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the service — buyers, sellers, and people browsing public listings.
If you do not agree, please do not use VandoStore. Continuing to use the product after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version, which we will date clearly at the top of this page.

Accounts and eligibility
You need accurate information, and you are responsible for what happens on your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract under Indian law (and any other law that applies to you). If you use VandoStore for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business.
Keep access to your phone secure. If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us.
- Use real, current information on your profile.
- Do not share six-digit phone OTPs.
- Do not create accounts to impersonate others, dodge a ban, or abuse the marketplace.
- We may ask for identity verification before certain actions (listing, higher limits, or trust features).

Marketplace rules
Listings and conversations should be lawful, accurate, and respectful.
VandoStore is a platform. Unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing, we do not own the items listed, we are not the seller, and we are not a party to the private sale between users.
Sellers should only list items they have the right to sell, with honest photos and descriptions of condition, price, and availability. Buyers and sellers agree on handoff and payment details with each other.
- No counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or prohibited goods.
- No bait-and-switch listings, spam, fake scarcity, or manipulated engagement.
- AI-assisted uploads and listing copy may be screened for prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or irrelevant content and held for review.
- No harassment, hate, threats, or attempts to move people into obvious scams.
- Meet and pay in ways that keep you safe — public places, trusted payment methods, common sense.

Fees and payments
The first 99-day listing is complimentary. Additional 99-day listings have one clear price.
Every new account receives one complimentary listing credit. After it is used, each additional credit costs ₹49 and funds one 99-day listing with engagement analytics. An archived listing can be reactivated free for a fresh 99-day period.
Buyers do not pay to message a seller or make an offer, but must sign in and verify an Indian phone number by OTP first. Sellers need manual government-ID KYC to publish. Likes are available without phone verification. VandoStore charges 0% commission on the item sale.
- A purchased listing credit appears only after successful payment verification.
- A credit is consumed atomically when its listing is first published; saving a draft never spends it.
- Listing credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts; a consumed credit is tied to the listing’s first publication.
- Promotional pricing, if offered, is shown before checkout.
- Refunds depend on the situation — a technical failure on our side is different from a change of mind after a listing has been published, or misuse of the platform.

Enforcement
We can remove content or limit accounts that break these Terms or put people at risk.
Actions may include removing a listing, limiting visibility, holding features, suspending an account, or banning someone permanently. In urgent safety cases we may act first and explain after.
Trying to dodge a restriction with a new account is itself a violation.
- Repeated policy breaks or confirmed fraud can lead to permanent removal.
- Repeated rejected AI requests or uploads may be rate-limited or suspended.
- We may keep records needed for investigations and legal compliance.
- You can contact support if you believe a moderation decision was wrong.

Liability and disputes
The service is provided as available. You remain responsible for the deals you choose to make.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VandoStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses that result from user-to-user transactions, third-party payment failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is meant to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, certain consumer protections that mandatorily apply).
If a dispute arises with us, Indian law applies, and courts in India will have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise for your situation.

Updates and leaving the service
We may update these Terms as the product and the law evolve. You can stop using VandoStore at any time.
Material changes will show a new date on this page. When required, we will also notify you in the product or by email.
You may close or abandon your account. Some obligations survive — including fees already due, enforcement for past misuse, and sections that by nature should survive (liability, governing law).
We may stop offering the service or parts of it with reasonable notice when practical.
