Never allowed
Illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, adult, regulated, animal, service, and personal-data listings are prohibited.
Do not list illegal or stolen goods, controlled substances, weapons, explosives, dangerous or recalled products, counterfeit or forged goods, sexual services or sexual content involving minors, live animals or protected wildlife, unapproved regulated goods or services, personal identity or financial data, fraud, phishing, gambling, or obvious scams.

Seller attestation
Sellers must own or lawfully sell the item and describe it accurately.
Before publication, sellers confirm that they may sell the item, the photos and condition are accurate, the handoff is safe, and the listing follows this policy. False attestations can lead to removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.

Review and enforcement
Clear violations are blocked; uncertain listings are held for human review.
We may ask for edits, hold or remove a listing, suspend communication, or suspend an account. Urgent safety cases may be acted on first. Admin actions record a reason without retaining identity-document images or sensitive numbers.

Report and block
Signed-in users can report unsafe listings or accounts and block communication.
Use the in-product report flow with a reason and useful details. Blocking applies to both sides of conversations and offers. Safety reports receive priority when someone may be at risk.
