Essential cookies
These are needed for core features. Without them, sign-in and basic marketplace actions break.
Essential cookies support authentication sessions, security protections (like fraud or abuse checks), load balancing, and remembering choices that are strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for.
- Keep you signed in as you move between pages.
- Protect forms and accounts from common abuse.
- Remember security-related settings for your session.
- vando_consent_v1 stores your signed category choices and policy version for up to 180 days; it contains no identity or browsing history.

Analytics and preferences
These help us understand product performance and remember non-critical choices.
When you opt in, listing analytics records pseudonymous unique views, session counts, visible dwell time, safe interaction names, device/browser/OS categories, traffic-source categories, and coarse city/state/country. Sellers see aggregated results only.
If you separately allow interaction heatmaps, VandoStore records click positions rounded to 5% page bins, an allowlisted control name, and 25/50/75/100% scroll milestones. We do not capture page text, form values, identity documents, messages, or payment details.
vando_analytics_vid is an HttpOnly random identifier kept for up to 90 days. The server stores only its keyed hash; the raw cookie is never placed in seller reports, application logs, or analytics rows.
